4.8 Document for authorized representatives

Important guidelines for required documents  

Before submitting the required documents, make sure that the documents are:  

  • Valid and not expired.

  • Not altered or edited in any way.

  • Coloured image scans or coloured digital photos with high-quality resolutions. Black and white image scans or photocopies will not be accepted.

  • In English language. Documents in any language other than English should be translated into English and notarized before submitting.

  • Not cropped, edited, colour modified or altered. The documents have to be original.

  • Acceptable file formats are as JPG/LPEG, PDF, PNG, GIF.

  • The image dimensions should not exceed 500 x 300 pixels.

  • File size of the documents should not be more than 100 MB in size.  

  • The ID proofs must be submitted with both front and back sides.

  • If the user is submitting an e-bill or an e-bank statement as document proof, then make sure that its PDF copy is not password-protected.
